Courtyard Limited was in need of content. They needed a video to help promote their upcoming luxury apartment complex: Courtyard Elwood. The problem was… the building would be finished by 2027! There was no chance of showing up on location and shooting cinematic shots. Luckily for Elwood, we had them covered!
Using expertly crafted assets, physically based materials, and advance ray tracing, we had no need for location access. All we needed was their idea because we had all the tools they needed in our arsenal. Everything from photorealistic textures to temporal denoising, we used every trick in the book to deliver the best results in the shortest times.

In our hands: a beautifully rendered, cinematic, virtual, architectural tour with photorealistic results and efficiently edited clips that could be repurposed for various social-media campaigns.
